Accounting/Billing Questions

I keep receiving vendor invoices that should go to SSC. What contact information can I provide to the vendor to have the invoices go directly to SSC?

The expectation is not to have the TAMU department forward the invoice to SSC, but to be able to provide this information to the vendor so they can update their files and send it to the correct location. Invoices received in error that should go to SSC can be sent to:

tamuwarehouse@sscserv.com

SSC Service Solutions

I feel that I have been billed for a service that should be covered under that contract. What should I do and who should I contact?
Please submit an email to the Facilities and Dining Administration Team at fda@tamu.edu. Someone from our office will contact you.
How often does SSC send invoices?
SSC is working to establish billing cycle.
What services do I have to pay for?
You will be contacted by an SSC employee for an account number for any service that is billable. If you feel that you should not be billed for a service, but are being told you should, please contact Facilities and Dining Administration at fda@tamu.edu.
There is a spot on AggieWorks to include my account number. Should I?
For work orders going to SSC, please do not supply an account number when submitting the request. If your department will be billed for work, an SSC employee will be contacting you before proceeding with work.
